Christ the King Parish – Greenmeadows

The Christ the King Parish in Greenmeadows, Quezon City, has the appearance of two white concrete slightly-thickened discs formed by the ceiling and the external veranda. There's a gap between the discs through which you can see the wall and the glass doors. On top of the upper disc is a green conical roof with a hollow rectangular structure on top; a cross is mounted on top of this structure. A bridge is also seen in this picture connecting the church to a building across the driveway.

The sanctuary of Christ the King Parish has a prominent goldtone reredos with six decorative pillars. At the center between the third and fourth pillar is a statue of Jesus in a white robe with goldtone outer garment; his arms are spread outward, and he is wearing a crown. There is a cross on his back, and a Sun-like decoration is above him. The chair of the priest is brown and red, situated under the statue of Jesus. The altar has four decor pillars and is draped with a white cloth. A brown lectern is on the right of the altar.A statue of St. Martha depicts her as having long curly hair and wearing a white robe with a yellow cape. She is holding a small goldtone cross in an upright position with her right hand, and a brown jar with her left hand. She is also wearing a goldtone crown and has what looks like a longer violet robe under her white robe. St. Martha stands on top of a pile of stones, with what looks like a lizard or a small dragon resting on the side of the pile. The back of the interior of Christ the King Parish has a white ceiling with small circular light sources. It also has a balcony made of white concrete with glasses on the upper parts supported by steel.Stained glass on the upper parts of the wall of Christ the King Parish shows a depiction of Simon of Cyrene (in a red robe), taking the cross from Jesus (in a white robe and with yellow halo at the back of his head). A Roman soldier with a red cape, blue armor and helm, and a yellow shoulder pad and kilt is holding the foot of the cross. The stained glass is flanked by actual transparent glass windows.A dark-gray statue of Jesus is within the backyard of Christ the King Parish. Jesus is wearing a robe with a sash around his neck. His right arm and hand extend outward as if giving a blessing, and one end of the sash draped from his right shoulder. His other arm is at a downward angle with his hand holding a scepter that ends with a small cross. The statue of Jesus stands on a spherical stone of the same color as the statue.
