Our Lady of Guadalupe Parish – Pagsanjan

The Our Lady of Guadalupe Parish has a white facade. The main church structure has a triangular roof with a simple white cross on top. It has two semi-oblong glass windows; the one below has panels that can be opened or closed while the one above looks like the back of a stained glass panel. There is a veranda between the lower window and the main entrance. On the left of the church's main structure is a very large bell tower that has more than half of the main structure's width. It has three levels, with a window in the top two levels. A bell is visible on the top window.

The sanctuary of Our Lady of Guadalupe Parish has a white ceiling, walls, and floors. It has a single-shelf goldtone reredos at the back center containing a large statue of Our Lady of Guadalupe in blue and with golden rays emanating from her back. The part of the reredos under the statue is an intricate three-level goldtone podium with the tabernacle at the center of the two upper levels just below the statue. There is a statue of an angel on the right end of the second level. The altar in front of the reredos has the same color as the reredos. It is draped with a white cloth. On the right (left as seen from the nave) and in front of the altar is a wooden lectern. On the left of the altar is a brown pole that ends with a crucifix.
